1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SendMyFile provides secure encrypted file transfer infrastructure allowing sharing between supported web platforms and application instances.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to premium transfer limits, the longer storage window and resumable uploads requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

4. Acceptable Use

Users assume all liability for the contents of files distributed through the Service. You may not attempt to exploit the transfer system, abuse temporary storage, or bypass security tokens. Misuse may result in immediate IP or connection termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service acts as a temporary encrypted transfer carrier and offers its architecture "as is". No express warranties are given, and total liability is legally capped at amount paid in the relevant current billing window.

6. Abuse & copyright complaints

SendMyFile is a private, point-to-point transfer service: files are end-to-end encrypted before upload, are never listed or searchable publicly, and are deleted automatically when the code expires. Because the encryption key never reaches us, we cannot inspect what is being sent. Using the Service to distribute infringing or otherwise illegal material is a breach of these Terms.

If you believe a transfer is being used for infringing or illegal material, email us at hello@zalordigital.com with the 9-digit code. The code is the only way we can locate a transfer, so we cannot act on a report that does not include it. Valid reports are actioned promptly and the transfer is deleted.
